Specification:

Data logging that controls,records and generates a PDF report of the entire welding process. The data logger is an"open system" that can be used with SUDA Machines or others. The large graphic display allows an easy reading of welding reports.

Power Switch:It used to control the AC power switch, built-in indicator light, the indicator light is on when turn on the power
Power Line:Working Voltage: AC110-250V, Power: 20W.
Temperature Sensor Of Heating Plate:7-pin socket PT100 platinum resistance signal. Interface pins P1.P2 do not distinguish between positive and negative poles.
Pressure Sensor:4-pin socket 4-20mA signal. Interface pins P1.+ P2.-, wrong pins may damage the pressure sensor.
Printer:Print real-time data and historical data. The paper size is 57*30. The green indicator light will flash when there is no paper.



USB Interface:Used to the data output, Support a U disk with a maximum capacity of 64GB
Ambient Temperature Sensor:Used to test the air temperature , record and print.


This screen can modify the system date and time, equipment model, equipment number, cylinder area, and management password. Please note: The oil cylinder area must be prepared for input, otherwise the wrong welding pressure will be calculated, which will directly affect the actual welding quality. The Data Clear button is used to delete the recorded data. Please be sure to export the data to a USB before clearing the data, otherwise the lost data cannot be retrieved. The serial number of the connector will be automatically cleared after deleting the data. Language: English and Chinese.


When the main screen appears, press the "OK" button to automatically jump to the following parameter setting screen. This screen can set the project name, construction unit name, and other very important information, for example
1. Welding Standard(CUSTOM, DVS2207,ISO21307, you can choose any one).
2. Pipe Standard ( after you open this enterface, you can enter the pipe OD, wall thickness,Plate Temperature,Welding Pressure)
3. Material (PE100,PE80,PE63)
4. Usage( Gas, water, Oil or others)
5. Weather (Sunny, Rainy, Dry,Snowy)

When all the Settings are completed, our welding work will start as soon as while you press the "OK" button.
