Description
1. The SDJ3400 extrusion welding gun is a new hot air welder developed using advanced international technology.
2. This gun features a rational structure, easy operation, continuous welding capabilities, high efficiency, and powerful extrusion, significantly enhancing weld strength. It is ideal for welding a variety of thermoplastics.
3. Applicable welding materials: Thermoplastics HDPE, PP, and PVDF, particularly PE.
4. Do not use with conductive plastics (PEEL), as this may cause a short circuit in the machine.

Operation procedures
1) Place the welding gun on the stand, attach the handle, and plug in the power cord.
2) Turn on the control box. Set the welding temperature to 300°C (typically 300°C). Turn on the hot air blower power switch, adjust the temperature knob, and heat for a few minutes before operating.
3) Flip the motor switch with your right hand. The motor will start rotating. New machines may experience noise, which may be due to resonance between the tool and the base, or a tight fit between the tool's internal parts. If the motor runs smoothly and the internal noise disappears after the welding rod is delivered, the noise will disappear.
4) Air temperature and air volume determine welding intensity. Typical hot air temperatures range from 260°C to 400°C (130°F).
5) The hot air motor's carbon brushes have a lifespan of approximately 800 hours. Be sure to replace them promptly, not until they are worn out.
6) When shutting down the hot air blower, turn the hot air thermostat knob to the minimum setting and allow the hot air to flow for a few minutes before turning off the hot air blower.
